WOW, how true! From the time we started this ministry of outreach, we have seen God REWARD our works!
While we all can't be active in a planned visiting ministry every week, we CAN commit 12 hours each year! That is one visit each month!
One of our Teams visit each week but no one has to kill themselves and this is the beauty of GROW and why it is heads above other outreach ministries.
Will you dedicate yourself to working on a Team? Some write cards and letters. Some pray. Some care for the children. Some visit church members and prospects. This is the TEAM concept at work and God gets the glory!

I'M THE ASSOCIATE PASTOR/YOUTH PASTOR AT BAUGH CHAPEL BAPTIST. I AM HAPPILY MARRIED TO STORMY GILMORE AND WE HAVE TWO WONDERFUL BOYS, PEYTON AND NATHAN. WE HAVE BEEN SERVING AT BAUGH CHAPEL FOR 5 YEARS NOW AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO THE YEARS AHEAD.
WE ENJOY MINISTERING TO YOUTH AND SEEING THEIR LIVES CHANGED. WE HAVE CROSSTRAINING AT 7:00 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT. SUNDAY SCHOOL STARTS AT 9:30 A.M. AND WE HAVE CLASSES FOR GIRLS 7TH-12TH WHICH IS TAUGHT BY BRANDY DECK AND WE HAVE 7TH-12TH BOYS CLASS WHICH IS TAUGHT BY ME. WE INVITE YOUTH TO COME OUT AND JOIN US FOR WORSHIP.

Gail Crabb - Worship Leader
I am Gail Crabb, the worship leader. I love music and love to serve the Lord. I have a fantastic husband named Roger and a wonderful thirteen year old son named Bryce. I teach music for grades k-4 at Bald Knob Elementary. I have taught for 25 years and love it. I received a Bachelors of Music Education from UCA at Conway and a Masters degree in Elementary Administration from Harding University.
Baugh Chapel has an adult choir that meets on Sunday night right after church. We also have a children's choir that practices on Sunday afternoon at 5:00. Our choirs are filled with kind and loving Christians that just want to praise the Lord. We are a fun loving, Spirit filled choir that would love to have you join us!
Brother Bill (Shown here with his wife Marilyn) is an ordained Southern Baptist Minister who has pastored both small and large, multi-staffed churches, as well as conducted Revivals across America.
Some highlights of Brother Bill's ministry include:
- Four (4) earned degrees in business and theology;
- Established Bill Duvall Ministries, Incorporated;
- Established the "Christ Is The Answer" radio broadcast;
- Established two (2) SBC churches;
- Baptized 74 souls in the closing services of a soul winning campaign with 596 total additions to the church during the same period;
- Has written and published sixty-three (63) books plus numerous seminary textbooks;
- Co-founder, Resurrection Bible Institute and Theological Seminary.
Brother Bill has had the honor of being called "Pastor" by fourteen (14) different churches and has also served his Lord and denomination as an Associational Missionary.
In addition to his preaching and writing, Brother Bill is a gifted humorist.
Brother Bill and Marilyn grew up together, lived across the street from each other and were childhood sweethearts. The Duvall's have one (1) son (Todd and his wife Cherrye) and two (2) grandchildren (Blake and his wife Sarah and Bridgette and her husband Ryan), all active in Southern Baptist Churches.
