Pastor's To Die for Yam Souffle
To die for!
Yam Soufflé
3 cans yams
4 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
2/3 stick butter
1 c. milk ( or cream )
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 c. flour
Mix above ingredients and pour in 13x9" baker.
Top with topping:
Topping
2 c. brown sugar
2 c.finely chopped nuts
2/3 c cut butter
Cut with pastry cutter until crumbly and sprinkle on top.
Bake 45 min at 350
